Angus brings a wealth of diverse experience to Bennington Green Decipher having delivered traditional professional QS services, supported contractors and subcontractors. He has worked on a wide range of projects from roll out programmes to major manufacturing installations and from procurement to contractual disputes and litigation support. Teamwork is at the core of the way he manages people creating an inclusive environment for people to work in and to expand their abilities, knowledge and skills. Angus is jointly responsible for operations including project delivery, marketing and business management at BGD.
Vikki joined Bennington Green, one of the founding companies of BGD in April 2014 and in 2015 was invited to join the board. On the formation of Bennington Green Decipher Vikki was an inaugural director of the new company. Vikki is responsible for the Finance, Business Services, and Marketing within Bennington Green Decipher playing an active role in ensuring the company’s systems, personnel and brand is in line with the company’s strategy and growth plans. She has the drive and passion to ensure that client expectations are consistently met and their needs remain the focus within the business. Vikki is a focused individual with a proactive approach making her an effective and valued member of the board.
Keith Kirkwood is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors the Institution of Arbitrators and the Chartered Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors as well as a Member of the Institute of Directors. He is Chairman of the Society of Construction Law and active in the Adjudication Society. Keith is a well-respected figure with nearly 40 year’s experience in the construction industries. Keith started his career with John Laing one of the UK’s largest civil engineering contractors, and has since worked with property developers, clients, contractors and sub-contractors. He founded Schofield Lothian in 1986 and developed it into a £14million turnover company making it one of the top Quantity Surveying Companies in the UK. Keith sold the business to Accord PLC in 2002. Keith has knowledge of all areas of construction and has worked in over 20 countries around the globe and has lectured on a variety of topics. He has a proven track record of success as a negotiator, mediator, arbitrator, adjudicator and expert.
Paul has over 20 years’ experience in the Construction Industry, with a core discipline in Quantity Surveying. He also has other disciplines which have been developed over the course of the last 17 years these are mainly in Project Programming, Delay Analysis, Construction Law and Expert Witness. Paul is a Fellow of the RICS and an APC Assessor, he is enthusiastic, passionate and carries professional integrity to the projects / commissions that he has been involved with. Paul prides himself with assisting clients in reaching the most positive solution to the problems that they may be facing in respect of quantum, delay and dispute proceedings. Paul is comfortable representing employers, main contractors and sub-contractors in proceedings and has been involved in over 50 adjudications during his career.
